The EXO-TEC Companies

About Us

The EXO-TEC Companies were formed to offer the building construction industry with a vertically integrated single source for solutions on building exo-system issues. Whether it be new construction, repairs or restorations, we have the knowledge and products to help you have a successful project.

We consist of three separate companies.

EXO-TEC Manufacturing, Inc.

EXO-TEC Solutions, Inc.

EXO-TEC Consulting, Inc.

EXO-TEC Building Energy Solutions, Inc.

EXO-TEC Manufacturing, Inc. manufactures specialty construction products to meet some specific needs of the building construction industry.

EXO-TEC Solutions, Inc. is an independent sales representative firm who represents eleven quality and innovative manufacturers in the New England region.

EXO-TEC Consulting offers consulting services to building owners, building managers, design professionals, contractors and legal professionals.

EXO-TEC Building Energy Solutions, Inc. performs assessments and renovations to existing buildings in order to save the owners and or tenants significant energy costs, reduce sound transfer and eliminate odor transfer. Through our affiliation with CANAM Building Envelope Specialists, Inc. and being an authorized ZERODRAFT applicator we have access to a wealth of knowledge, experience and successful applications.

All four companies are managed by Len Anastasi. Len has worked in the construction industry for over 25 years. He has practical field experience in performing masonry, restoration and waterproofing work. He is a member of the ASTM E 06 Committee on building performance where he has authored new ASTM standards and changes to existing standards. He also served President of the Air Barrier Association of America for three terms and is currently one of the two Vice Presidents. He is a member of the U. S. Government’s Building Enclosure Technology and Environment Council, the Boston Society of Architetcs’ Building Enclosure, the Construction Specifications Institute, the International Concrete Repair Institute and the International Masonry Institute. He has spoken both locally and nationally on various subjects regarding building enclosure systems and has authored numerous papers and articles.
